The Inn on Primrose Hill
3.0 star property
2.0 out of 10, (1)
"The Inn at Primrose Hill cancelled my birthday present trip hours before we were to arrive. So unprofessional and so "Terrible" is the review since we never had the "joy" of a happy birthday celebration. Full disclosure, they did rebook us at a motel in the area, but that wasn't much of a birthday "gift". "

"Master room... clean, great bed, and nice decor. Assistance was prompt and helpful when needed. I was hoping the balcony had a view and a nice sunset. Unfortunately, it overlooked a busy street and powerlines. "

Coach Stop Inn
3.5 star property
10.0 out of 10, Exceptional, (58)
"This is a great small and clean B&B. Jim and Anna were very good hosts and the breakfasts were delicious! The room and bathroom had everything we needed. Homemade cookies or bars available daily with coffee or tea were an added treat. The only slight negative is that it’s located along a main road so you hear traffic noise, but it was quiet when sleeping, so not an issue for us. "

"What a beautiful location with wonderful views of the ocean from the porch and dining area! Our stay was made more memorable by the courtesy shown from our hostess Carolyn who gave us much information on her lovely home and it's idyllic setting. The breakfast also was delicious with many home made specialties, we hope to return again, thank you! :) "

Oceanfront lodge with all the amenities for a family vacation
7.0 out of 10, Good, (2)
"The property is rustic but nice. There is a bathroom with shower on 1st and 2nd floor but the water pressure in the house does not sustain use of both at the same time. The main kitchen refrigerator was not working during our stay. There are minifridges on the 2nd and 3rd floor but it would have been nice to have working main floor fridge."

Pentagoet Inn
3.5 star property
8.6 out of 10, Excellent, (11)
"Delightful in located blocks from the ocean in Castine. Really great breakfast, bikes available to use, good wifi. There was a power outage due to a storm while I was there and while the building didn't have a generator, breakfast was still served the next morning and I noticed very little difference to the inn's normal procedures. Just a small thing, I don't think the heat in my room was on and it felt about 10 degrees colder in there than in the hallway outside. This is likely not an issue for...

Belfast Bay Inn
3.5 star property
9.2 out of 10, Wonderful, (293)
"The hotel is lovely! Our room 203 was well appointed and spacious (living area, kitchen, dining table, separate bedroom and bath). The gas fireplace in the living room was a nice touch. Breakfast was delicious. One can easily walk to restaurants, shops and the Harbor. The only downside to the experience was some loud noises because of trash pick up/snowplowing. It was November and there was a small snow storm, the room backs up to a food coop. They plowed at 11 pm, 3:30am and then trash pick...
