"it started out that we had no heat the first night Saturday morning at 7:45 I called and they said they have maintenance there in 20 minutes. I called again at 11:30 12 and 1 o’clock and when I said I wanted my money back a repairman was there within 20 minutes all that needed done were the central air needed cleaned the gas leaked in the laundry room the gas heater in the hallway did not work. The dishes were all chipped and when I asked for a partial refund, the guy was rude and disrespectful....

"We had such a wonderful stay! The Cozy Cottage was incredibly clean, cute, comfortable, and exactly as described. It had everything we needed and was an amazing value for the price. The host was fantastic—friendly, responsive, and made the entire experience so easy from start to finish. You can tell they really care about their guests and take pride in the space. "Property was clean and well kept. Property was on a highway and the front door is literally 50 feet from that highway resulting in a good bit of traffic noise. The driveway entrance was pitted and uneven and raised concerns about damaging my car as I entered and exited the property. Coffee maker did not work."
