"We stayed at Millpond for a few nights to celebrate a family reunion on the Island. It was a perfect venue for four adults and two children. It is only a two-minute walk to the beach, a ten-minute walk to the centre of town, and a three-minute drive to the ferry terminal. The living space is fresh and modern, opening up onto the beautiful vista of Hog Bay. The kitchen is large and well-equipped. There is an excellent laundry with a washing machine and a dryer, as well as a clothes line out the back. The two full bathrooms make it ideal for larger groups. It was delightful being able to sit and eat cheese and drink wine on the patio. The host Eddie was outstanding to deal with. He was always prompt in communicating and flexible and accommodating when our circumstances changed. We would love to come back one day and would 10/10 recommend it to our friends and family."

"No view. House OK but a lot of stuff on verandah, ie crates of empty bottles , tools and a bag of something. Definitely couldn’t have a toddler there"

"Shops were near by just 10 minutes drive and everything worked. I had to clean the filters of A/C but not a major issue"

"Excellent open plan kitchen and lounge room with beautiful views of the ocean. Amazing deck overlooking the turquoise sea and mainland to look out for dolphins. Facilities in house make it a very comfortable place to stay. Communication with host always prompt."

"A perfect spot if you are looking for a new experience away from the hotels and crowd. The bus is conveniently located just off the road from the ferry terminal. It has a double-bed and fully equipped kitchen. The shower has running water but the toilet is less sophisticated. We traveled in a caravan before so we were prepared. It was just the two of us, we cooked a nice dinner and had wine. We were greeted by Sade, who was friendly and helpful. Our only complaint is that the lights outside the bus did not work so it was hard to grill outside. The motion activated light worked well but you had to move constantly to keep it on. Overall an adventure we will always remember."
