Perfect for a relaxing holiday with family or friends, the villa is within walking distance of Penna in Teverina, where you can find shops, bars and restaurants, and within easy driving distance of the main towns in the area, including Viterbo, Todi, Orvieto, Bolsena Lake, as well as Rome, which is just 45 minutes away by train from Orte (10km).

APARTMENT 1
On the ground floor, you will find a living/dining room (with sofa bed, air conditioning, fireplace, Wi-Fi, and TV) and a well-equipped kitchen (with dishwasher, oven, gas hob, fridge, and toaster). In the sleeping area, you will find one double bedroom (with double bed), one double/triple bedroom (with double bed and single bed), one twin bedroom (with two single beds), one bathroom (with bath and shower) and one guest bathroom (with toilet).
