Pretty new 90m2 house with garage, garden, terraces close to all amenities, porscarn and torch surf spots
It is made up on the first floor of two rooms with sea view, the first equipped with a bed 160 and a cupboard, the second of two bed 90 with cupboard. A beautiful bathroom with walk-in shower and double sink, a mezzanine with desk and an independent WC.
On the ground floor a large living room living room with fully equipped open kitchen and a toilet.
A laundry room with dryer and washing machine.
A garage to store bikes, an outdoor garden hose to rinse the surfboards.

Séjour très agréable dans ce lieu que nous aimons particulièrement mais que nous ne connaissions pas à cette période. La maison est très fonctionnelle, claire et très bien située. Nul doute que nous y reviendrons.

Tolle Lage mit Meerblick
Schöne und ruhige Lage unweit der Felsküste, auf der Terrasse sieht und hört man das Meer. Zum Sandstrand läuft man eine gute Viertelstunde oder fährt mit dem Fahrrad oder Auto. Das Haus ist hell, freundlich und auch für fünf Leute gut ausgestattet, vom ausreichenden Geschirr bis zum schnellen Internet. In unserer ersten Urlaubswoche war es sehr heiß und es gab auf der Terrasse keinen Schatten, aber auf unsere Bitte wurde ein Sonnenschirm angeschafft. Danke! Auch die Garage war praktisch zum Abstellen von Fahrrädern. Wir haben uns sehr wohl und auch gut betreut gefühlt und können uns gut vorstellen, wiederzukommen! Falls man noch etwas verbessern will, könnte vielleicht über ein Rollo für das Velux-Dachfenster und einen etwas größeren Grill nachgedacht werden. Aber auch so ist es ein wunderbares Urlaubs-Haus!

Super séjour passé à Penmarch, la maison est très bien placée. Vue sur l’océan, plage de la torche et port de St Guenolé accessible très rapidement à pied. La maison est très bien équipée, nous avons pris beaucoup de plaisir à y séjourner. Nous recommandons 😊

Nous sommes venus pour la deuxième fois et nous avons été très agréablement surpris par les améliorations apportées : plus de vaisselle, des jeux, des rangements, un congélateur, un sèche linge.... Emplacement idéal près du port et de la mer , literie très confortable : nous reviendrons encore !

Schönes Objekt in zweiter Reihe
Wer so wie wir eher alleinstehende Ferienhäuser in der Landschaft gewohnt ist, der dürfte auf Anhieb mit diesem Objekt am Rande des Ortes penmarc'h auch auf andere Gegebenheiten treffen: Der gerade erst fertiggestellte Neubau liegt in zweiter Reihe vom Atlantik entfernt, jedoch hat man vom Erd und Obergeschoss einen direkten Blick auf das sagenhafte geschehen. Das Gefühl direkt am Atlantik zu wohnen wird hierdurch kaum vermindert. Wir haben uns hier in kürzester Zeit gut eingelebt und sind vollauf zufrieden. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten wie supermarkt und Bäcker sind ca 600m fußläufig entfernt, der Ort selber ist nicht wirklich ein Highlight. Abgesehen hiervon jedoch die neue Brauerei Merlin in 800m Nähe. Ein absolutes Muss!
