"1st time here but it won't be the last. Hosts Gareth and Rana were so welcoming and hospitable from the very start and throughout our stay. The room and bathroom were beautifully decorated and very clean. Breakfast was delicious. It is located in a peaceful location a short walk away from Betws-y-coed centre. We would highly recommend staying here, you won't be disappointed. Thank you both for making our break so special."

"Can see why it's been so warmly reviewed in the past! A very comfortable stay and we were well looked after. The review format asked for echo-friendliness so had to mark down a little for the use of small plastic bottles in the bathroom and the individual packaged portions of butter, jam, sugar and salt at breakfast. It's a difficult balance between freshness and disposable containers. "

"Can’t fault this B&B. As soon as we arrived we were welcomed with smiles and support. We had just arrived after a very long flight so needed a little TLC! "This is an excellent B and B. Clean, quiet, safe, affordable and comfortable. It is a bit remote, in a little village, so do take care when driving to it. "We had a lovely two night stay. We booked only 48hrs before our visit so we had the last available room, which had a wonderful garden view and although it was smaller than we anticipated the fun of watching dozens of garden birds on the many bird feeders outside our door and also seeing tiny shrews playing and jumping in the late evening was wonderful. Breakfast was pre booked and excellent and our hosts happy to help at all times. We would definitely return."

"Our 3rd time, cozy, well equiped small old cottage, seconds walk from to the sea front, a couple minutes from the nice Seagrass cafe. Ten minute walk up the road next to the river to the Chip shop, Chinese or Curry house which does very good indian food been 3 times. Walk up past the lights a few more minutes to a decent co,op or a bit futher and over the bridge to a old dog friendly pub with beer garden next to the river, nice few pints there lol oh and plenty free parking near the cottage plus...
