"I give this 5 stars as amenities and location are great but would not stay here again. It was a huge hotel and lots of tours were there, so breakfast was good but also kind of crazy. I think I was the only solo person there. Next time I will look for somewhere a little more intimate. "

"This place is incredible for families. There are so many activities for kids from early morning starting at 9 am until dinner time. The breakfast, lunch and dinner buffet had an array of choices of great food for kids and adults. I also had a chance to go to the Spa to do massages, facial and to the gym. I really took advantage of all the amenities that this hotel offers. Do try to go to Acualandia to the waterpark for kids. Another great activity for the kids.
