"Absolutely amazing service - the front desk staff were friendly and immediately responsive. Check-in was a little hectic - no hot water - a problem which was fixed right away. The fixtures are a little old (old style door knobs, not even bottle of water in the room, low water pressure) but excellent bedding, comfortable, spacious, great location and view. Breakfast also needs a major overhaul."

Sometimes, a great experience can be disrupted by someone that’s not happy making the job, like in this case one of the person of the front desk. That person wasn’t helpful and neither smiling. When you are traveling for leisure you’re looking to relax and having a great time. So having an encounter with someone that is not having it can be a bit not so cool. Working on looking for happy people that work in tourism is very important. My kind suggestion. "
