Maison idéalement située à Penestin où tout se fait à pied : plages, centre bourg, city-stade, supermarché, balades... simple et pratique pour 2 familles. Très bon sejour !

Bon emplacement au calme dans voie sans issue, sentiers aménagés avec espaces verts tout proches pour se rendre à la plage, ou par la ville 600 m.

Maison idéalement placée, proche des plages et du centre de Pénestin. Lieu idéal pour faire du vélo, beaucoup de pistes cyclables, ou de la randonnée sur le GR34.

Maison à la fois proche de la plage et proche du centre ville et marché Bien équipé en mobilier et en vaisselle Maison bien agencé avec des espaces nuits bien séparés et ses deux salles de bain pratique pour une famille. Extérieur très bien avec deux salons de jardin et transats pour se détendre. Résidence très calme.

Résidence vaste, confortable, très bien située près de la plage, mais pas trop loin du centre bourg à pied, au coeur d'un beau terrain avec 3 belles places de parking, propriétaires agréables et accommodants. Beaucoup de vaisselle, de plats etc, mais il manque juste un bon couteau de cuisine ;)
