"Our accommodation was cancelled at our check in time. We had booked 6 months our and when we we're trying to confirm check in, they cancelled it and issued a refund. They wouldn't offer other accommodation as it's 24 houra out. This caused our family extreme distress and cost us financial burden. A letter of our grievance and disappointment will be following and contact with the ACCC"

I wasn't very impressed with our room. There was an issue with my expedia booking/confirmation stating I will receive a free massage. "The villa number 1 is currently under construction, along with a hotel behind and in front being built. If you don’t mind a bit of noise this is the right place for you. Otherwise, it’s a very nice and technologically advanced villa with all the amenities. "
