"The first room we were given wasn’t the best. The toilet didn’t flush well and the room was a bit dated. The staff was very helpful and gracious helping us to switch to a different room. The elevators are being renovated so at certain times we had to use the freight elevator. Not a huge inconvenience but it took us a moment to figure it out. Finally our room was not serviced on the first or second days. We had to request room service for fresh towels and trash pick up."

"Save your money and stay elsewhere. The air-conditioning in my room was broken upon arrival. I was told to "give it time to cool down," but after sweating it out for three hours, I finally had to demand a new room. Things didn't get better at the gym—the Peloton bike lacked a power cord and was completely useless, and the fitness area was sparse and dirty. The entire property is severely run-down and in desperate need of maintenance. Very disappointed."
