"The bed was comfortable, and the white cotton bedding was nice - what you'd expect from a hotel that touts itself as a luxury spa hotel. But that's where the luxury ends and the pretense begins. They may have an "award-winning chef," but the restaurant was closed when we went down for dinner. Overall, the place has a very 1980s vibe. The room was so dark - no desk lamp even - that I had to create a makeshift area by the sliding glass door where I could use sunlight to put on makeup. There were seven coat hangars for two women in the room, and only one robe. If you use this hotel, go for the overpriced amenities like massage and facials, not the rooms. However, we didn't use these amenities, so I can't say whether they actually existed, much like the restaurant. "

"Great place to stay, we had a feel of our native place, superior architecture, little old but maintained well. Carved Wooden furniture gave nice feeling of ancient time. We had a short trip so we booked there for 1 night only, wish we could have planned more and explore more there."

"We really enjoyed the overall appearance of the entire complex. Our room looked exactly as the website showed. It should have been cleaner. And it definitely needed some TLC. Nothing really dangerous, but the refrigerator door handle was falling off, just small things like that. But the staff was extremely helpful, polite and seemed very happy in their positions. Food was very good."
