"Overall the hotel was ok. Unfortunately the loud noise and doors banging from some guests (sport team or similar) which lasted until around 12am didn’t bother any of the hotel’s employee but we couldn’t sleep until 12am. And the sport team woke up around 5am which made us wake up the same time. The ventilation in the room we stayed in was off and the luck of fresh air made us open the window over night. The room was clean and modern, towels were clean but with a strong smell of vinegar. Breakfast had plenty of options. "

"This is in an ideal location for seeing the beautiful town of Asti. Easy walking to everything. Great restaurants nearby . The starched brilliant white hand towels are old world luxury in a hotel with a great Italian classic feel and old world charm. The receptionist was wonderful and obviously enjoys her job. She gives you a great feel for her town. We loved our stay at Hotel Cavour. "

"This large country home easily fit our family of 6 adults and 1 toddler. Giordana was immediately responsive to inquiries before, during and after our stay. The pool was really a sitting pool to cool off in, you could not actually swim, which we knew. The kitchen was well stocked, the bedrooms were large, bathrooms sufficient. Our host even helped arrange a private Cooking lesson for our family which was fantastic. I highly recommend this home near Asti and Alba."

"My stay was amazing. The other 5 star reviews are correct, this place is special! The family who runs it are wonderful and inviting. American tourists this was such a treat and way to get out of the city and actually experience Italy. The bedroom was a basic room but comfortable, we didn’t spend lots of time there but it has a bathroom with toilet, bidet and shower (the basics) The property is relaxing and expansive. We went for walks after dinner down the road and listened to the birds. There were bikes to use if you wanted to take a ride. I got a massage right on site in a super cute outdoor building on property which even had its own small bathroom. The pool was wonderful and had breathtaking countryside views. I went horseback riding on property as well with the instructor of a horse back riding school on property. Play area for kids or big kids like me who like to swing on swings. Farm to table food. Breakfast was included with cheeses and meat and fresh baked cakes & breads. Also cereal but I didn’t have any. The Dinners were amazing and one night I couldn’t eat the ribs because they were too spicy for me, but they brought me some fresh made pasta instead. Dinner is extra but worth every Euro we spent. Fresh food, well prepared, you can tell it’s made with LOVE! I can’t wait to go back, I was sad I had to move on and not stay longer… 3 days 2 nights was not enough. If I could give this place 10 stars I would. "

"The staff were very helpful and most accomodating. The chef cooked me a Gluten Free steak tenderloin dinner which was accompanied by GF bread sticks! Check in and out were efficient and they were great with parking issues in the town center. The room was period style and spacious. The bed was comfortable and the street noise was mostly muffled by the windows. We would return to this B and B anytime, they even had GF options for breakfast!"
