"This is a cottage behind the main house in one of the most elegant neighborhoods in Miami. The houses on this block are amazing and this place is no exception. It is close to many attractions, nightlife, beaches and parks. You are 2 min from publix supermarket, and minutes from the beaches. The hose is wonderful and she is on-call days and night and is extremely helpful. If you are looking to visit Miami, I highly recommend Julia and her lovely cottage."

"We enjoyed our stay at the Blue Lotus. Gary is a great host - extremely responsive. House is very cute and cozy. Kitchen is compact but very functional. The real star is the backyard pool area. Several sitting areas both shaded and in the sun. The landscaping is really pretty with plenty of palm trees. Believe it or not, it’s even nicer than the pics. Very convenient location - max 15-20 minute drive to most places you’d want to go."

"The property was as described. It was very cute and we loved the patio area outside. We had a bit of a plumbing problem with the bathroom. Manuel was on it and had a plumber out to fix the issue. It was a very much needed getaway for my husband and I."

"Very happy with my stay . The cottage was a perfect size , very clean ,and up to date . Most importantly centrally located. Walking distance to many markets and great restaurants. The beach is 10 minutes by car. It’s a great beach and pet friendly. Also wanted to mention the grounds were beautiful and fenced in , safe for pets ! The host was great and professional. I would definitely book again!"

"We stayed at Casa Colorida during the Tortuga Music Festival. This house is adorable and exactly as captured in the pictures. The host is incredibly friendly, helpful, responsive and accommodating. I left a box of jewelry behind and the host was honest and sweet to mail it back to me. She made sure everything was intact. We had everything we needed and felt right at home. It is also in a good location with quick access to the beach, restaurants and shopping. We'll definitely be back!"

"Check-in was flawless. Room was clean and ready. Private parking and personal entry to the unit was nice. Great outdoor seating area. There is no bathroom sink, but a small kitchen sink outside the BR. Limited kitchen appliances, no stove, there's a small refrigerator and a microwave. Nice shower. Shower only has warm water, kitchen tap has hot water. Fast internet and great A/C. Location is amazing. 2 min. walk to beach. Minutes to restaurants and stores. LBTS is one of my favorite places to be...

"Nice small hotel located within walking distance of the beach, groceries, and eateries in south beach. Hotel cafe is very good and reasonably priced, staff are as friendly as can be. Would definitely recommend for your visit."
