"Excellent stay, lovely staff who offered a free late check out, good spa facilities and lovely room (if perhaps a little dated). Great location and free shuttle back from the village that runs late. Only gripe is that we couldn't find a net to use on the pool and hot tub to remove any flies etc.! Also, if using the spa facilities, wear bug spray - I got many mosquito bites on night 1."

"My husband accidentally left his iwatch (old but its my gift for him years ago so theres sentimental value) and front desk on duty May 25th called and said they will send via mail. So thankful for the honest staff. Property is clean, kudos to the housekeepers. Friendly staff too and warm. Id definitely comeback. "

"Enjoyed our stay here and would stay again/recommend. The hotel is clean, staff is friendly. **Note** If you have a room facing the mountain/biking area, be prepared for LOUD music/bass as there is karaoke til 1am. We were provided with earplugs so we slept fine. If you are sensitive to loud/bass noise you may want to ask about rooms further away/other side of hotel if possible. "
