"Such a wonderful stay!!! The hotel was fantastic and in such a great location! The staff was incredibly welcoming, and the bartender downstairs was so much fun! One little moment that really stood out was when it started raining and I mentioned that I wished I had an umbrella. Without hesitation, one of the staff members offered me an extra one he had. It’s those little gestures that make such a difference! Just an all-around amazing experience for my first visit to Greenville! We will definitely be back!"

"Room was good size and clean. Staff were helpful and welcoming. Construction was ongoing and they did their best to accommodate in spite of all the activity. It was a busy weekend and their elevators couldn't keep up. Overall not bad."

"Clean and quiet stay. We were in the Executive King Bed size room. I liked the set up of it, seemed a good amount of floor space. Bathroom had a lot of counter space & was clean. Water was hot, but the shower pressure was kind of low, not too bad though. Main problem with our room was we were on the 7th floor and had no wi-fi. Called the first night to ask if there was a password because it just kept spinning around. We asked if it takes awhile to get on sometimes & they said yes. Next morning we went down to breakfast & the internet came right on. Went back up to our room and it was gone. Called the next day and complained again, they acted like they were working on it. So if you want wi-fi, make sure you stay on one of the lower floors. No other problems with our stay here, would stay again."
