"the whole experience was fantastic, a warm welcome by all staff. we had an issue with our heating not working in our room, an attempt was made twice to repair it but unsuccessful, we went out for Dinner and was offered another room late evening, although the offer was appreciated we felt it was to late to move. all in all a very lovely hotel and we will hopefully return soon. "Room was lovely and very spacious, staff were friendly and helpful, gym and pool area were top notch, very scenic area, felt very relaxing and quiet, we had a lovely stay and would come again. Only slight issue was the bed was advertised as a king but it was two singles which was a bit uncomfortable in the middle, but we were very happy with our stay"
