"Property owner was very good at communicating before we arrived and was very accommodating to our needs once we arrived. Location was convenient. We walked around the property at dusk and saw several wallabies."

"Loved our stay here. There was plenty of outdoor space for our busy kids and kelpie to run rogue. Under 5 min drive from the KI brewery. Not far from Kingscote town either. And the surrounding sound system was fun to disco to with the family. Definitely coming back."

"I enjoyed my stay at American River in this rustic cabin set in a relaxed bush setting close to American River inlet . Victoria was an excellent host providing lots of valuable tips on the area and ferry bookings etc . "

"The room was so clean, well presented & had everything we needed for our stay.From the Koala’s in the tree out the front & the wildlife that come out @ night ( right out the front of the room) were fantastic to see & watch.Would definitely recommend staying here."
