"Our accommodation was cancelled at our check in time. We had booked 6 months our and when we we're trying to confirm check in, they cancelled it and issued a refund. They wouldn't offer other accommodation as it's 24 houra out. This caused our family extreme distress and cost us financial burden. A letter of our grievance and disappointment will be following and contact with the ACCC"

"Amazing staff very helpful with everything we need, laundry service was amazing and really cheap. The villa are great, brand new and luxurious. I love the swimming pool in the villa for my son. The staff clean the villa everyday. Really safe location. I will definitely come back and stay here with my friends and families."

"I had a wonderful time at this location. I think it is in a nice quiet neighborhood but close still close to things. Kiki was living right next to the property and very helpful and nice. i would highly recommend this location for the price and the extra kindness from Kiki. thank you for making my trip even better then expected. "We leave in New Zealand and met up in Bali with my mum who leaves in France and my sister and her partner who leaves in Italy so the villa was perfect for us. Great property offering everything you need. Secure, clean, stunning garden and great pool !! We have 2 young kids and they loved it. Highly recommend. "

"The location was great. The house was nicely laid out but needs to be cleaned. It smelled like moth balls, needed to be repainted inside and needs a new refrigerator. There are less expensive properties in this area that are nicer and cleaner."

"I enjoyed my stay at this property. The gardens and feel down by the river are lovely, the food was very good. The spa is very expensive but our spa/massage ladies were great. I wasn't very impressed with our room. There was an issue with my expedia booking/confirmation stating I will receive a free massage. This didn't come through at their end but they honoured it regardless which we were thankful for. Overall despite enjoying our stay I feel the prices are too high compared to other places...

"The villa number 1 is currently under construction, along with a hotel behind and in front being built. If you don’t mind a bit of noise this is the right place for you. Otherwise, it’s a very nice and technologically advanced villa with all the amenities. "

"The villa was located in a nice quite laneway just a short walk to the shops. The pool was fantastic and the bedrooms were all a great size. We did get some water leaking through the upstairs bedroom when it rained. But in all had a great stay."
