Certina is made up of 2 buildings: the owner's house and another building with 4 independent apartments. The buildings are surrounded by a stone courtyard. Thers is a wood with firs, pines, olive trees and chestnut trees and paths for walking or mountain biking. Very old country house "Certina", 510 m a.s.l., renovated, surrounded by trees. 13 km from the centre of Pontassieve, 30 km from the centre of Firenze, in a quiet, elevated position on top of a hill, in the countryside. For shared use: property 33 ha, garden, swimming pool fenced (6 x 12 m, depth 130 - 160 cm, seasonal availability: 06.May. - 23.Sep.) with internal staircase. Outdoor shower, barbecue. Private: terrace, garden furniture. In the house: central heating system, washing machine (for shared use), heating to be paid on the spot, heating available only from 01.Nov. - 07.Apr.. Linen change weekly. Room cleaning on request (extra). Motor access to the house (1 km via unmade road). Parking at the house. Un rapport qualité prix inégalable dans ce secteur. Nous avons séjourné une semaine dans cet endroit fabuleux à l'abri du tumulte urbain. Nichée sur les hauteurs, c'est idéal avec des enfants. Il y a beaucoup d'animaux sauvages à observer et de belles randonnées aux alentours. Les hôtes sont d'une gentillesse incroyable, parfaitement disposés à vous conseiller, toujours avec le sourire.

Casa Certina liegt sehr idylllisch, wunderschöner Blick aufs Tal. Ist sehr abgelegen, teils Schotterstraße. Das nächste Restaurant, bzw. Einkaufsmöglichkeit befindet sich in ca. 13 km Entfernung in Pontassieve. Die Unterkunft ist sehr schön, auch die Außenanlagen, Swimmingpool etc. Die Vermieter sind sehr angenehm und freundlich. Die Unterkunft eignet sich auch gut wenn man wandern will und vielleicht nicht jeden Tage´ den ganzen Weg fahren muß. Alles in allem ein typisches Haus in der Toskana!

Nous sommes très satisfaits de notre séjour, la famille qui nous a reçu est vraiment très agréable et gentille, un seul bémol il faudrait peut être prévoir un peu de climatisation pour les années à venir car les nuits sont très difficiles en période de canicule.
