"Convenient location, super walkable area, took me about 10-15 minutes to get to the petronas towers on foot. Hotel was clean, pool has an awesome view and staff are sooooo helpful. Asked for towels and coffee and they brought up 10 minutes later"

"Overall experience was good but if you want a peaceful relaxing experience I would not book it it’s more for families with children as the hotel was very busy and loud. The spa was overally priced and the package that I booked included pedicure but the therapist did not even do it properly, she quickly just scrubbed my feet for few seconds and she was done."
