"It is outdated, and the host manager/owner is not so friendly. The bed is terrible and slept badly for 2 nights.. i felt exhausted after it. "

"This spacious and modern vacation home is set in the back of a bakery and cafe and petrol business the owners operate. Don't worry; it's NOT noisy at all! We were greeted by the host who showed us around and made us feel welcome. We rented the entire apartment so we each had our own area and bed. The back room is PERFECT for a young family and had fun lighting for the kids beds. The balcony accessible was perfect for morning coffee or an evening beverage! We toured all over southern Bavaria such as Elbsee (lake), Oberammergau, Altenau are restaurants, as well as Fussen for Neushwanstein and Hohenshwangau castles!There is parking for your rental car and laundry machines if required, The kitchen was excellent and everything your need of you wanted to cook a full dinner... we elected to be on full vacation and use restaurants!Huglfing is an excellent 'base' for your Bavarian adventures, and Gastezimmer Kasperlik will definitely be on our list to check for availability the next time we are in Germany!"

"This was a perfect property for our family of 6 (4 kids aged 9-15 and two adults)! There was plenty of room and could comfortably sleep even 7. We had a lot of fun with the foosball table, kids had fun with the bunkbeds and we used the kitchen to cook a couple meals. We used this location as a jumping off point for our south Germany excursions. It's about one hour to the Austrian border, about 45 mins to Linderhoff and the Partnachklamm hike. Peissenberg has great grocery options (Edeka) and a good bakery. Communication was great with the owners and access to the property was easy even though we intially arrived late in the day. Highly recommend!"
