"We were supposed to get special check in instructions emailed to us 3 days prior but that never happened. The room looked ok at first but smelled like body odor. Then on further inspection there was a huge stain on the sofa that was about 18x6 inches and was gross. The pillows smelled like body odor and the floor was sticky on bare feet. We complained and they switched our room and upgraded us which was nice. But the room we paid for was not good at all. The upgrade was ok but still had a stinky smell in certain areas. We did like the electronic door codes. The restaurant connected to the lobby was nice."
