"Very well-located between the main parts of the Quai des États Unis and the Promenade des Anglais. I would say the property was as described/pictured. The windows open on the central courtyard that gives lots of natural light (and keeps out the street noise on the other side from the Quai des EU). Lots of detailed information is provided on how to operate everything. There are also lots of reminders/rules posted about noise, towels, garbage, cleaning, etc. Sheets and towels provided were...

"Appartement très calme, les fenêtres donnent sur la cour intérieure et non sur le boulevard, il est très bien situé, au centre de Nice, à 500m de la plage et de la promenade des Anglais, et à 15 minutes à pieds du vieux Nice. Un arrêt de tram juste à côté ainsi que des arrêts de bus. Des magasins et épiceries juste en bas de l'immeuble. Et climatisé !!! La propreté était moyenne, on a retrouvé des cheveux un peu partout, et problème de fourmis dans l'appartement malgré qu'il soit au 3ème étage."

"Check in was a bit confusing for us. Immediately prior to arrival an email or text reminder with office address would have helped. The wifi did not work for the 3 days we stayed. The manager said it was working prior, sent a technician who could not immediately remedy the problem. Be aware that this property is managed not by the owner but a management agency. Overall the apartment was as described. It was clean and fairly quiet. It is close to beach restaurants and shops."

"The apartment is a perfect blend of old and new. Newly renovated space right in the middle of the lively Old Town! The stay was within the middle of Old Town, just a 3 minute walk from the market and beach. The hosts were friendly and helpful!"

"I’m going to be completely honest. Their professionalism and the way they handled the check in was not the best. We were supposed to check in at 1 pm and then last minute after not being able to reach them it was changed to 2 pm. They said they sent emails about the check in changing time, and also they ask for a deposit and they don’t use your card like any normal place off the website. The pictures look so much better than what property actually looks like, it’s run down and it was not...
