As you enter the villa you will find the living area with plenty of comfortable seating and for entertainment you have internet TV, DVD player and wireless internet connection. Two of the villa's bedrooms are located on this level; a double bedroom with ensuite bathroom and private balcony with views of the Mediterranean Sea and surrounding area. A twin bedroom with en-suite shower room. A kitchenette is located on this floor with fridge, two ring hob and a sink.



The fully equipped kitchen with Neff appliances is located on the lower ground level together with a dining area with table and chairs for eight guests. A door from this area leads you out to the terrace area.



The final two bedrooms for the villa are located on the lower ground floor; a double bedroom and twin bedroom both sharing the adjacent family bathroom. One of the bedrooms has patio doors leading you to the outside area. Air conditioning is available in all bedrooms.



The private 10m x 5m infinity swimming pool surrounded by plenty of sunbeds allows for you to relax and enjoy the Cyprus sunshine. The barbecue together with outside dining furniture makes this area ideal for you to enjoy al-fresco dining. For the energetic members of the group there is a table tennis available to be enjoyed.
