Lovely 3 Bedroom Villa with Private Pool very close to the heart of Coral Bay

This 3 bedroom, 2 bathroom Villa enjoys a great position on the corner of the Marina View development in Coral Bay, just across from the Ascos Hotel. This is a well appointed villa, offering excellent value for money. Perfectly positioned as the heart of Coral Bay is only a short walk away. Plenty of Bars & Restaurants to chose from here from local Cypriot Cuisine, Italian, Chinese, Indian and a great Japanese Teppanyaki restaurant. The villa is a Paschali design, so has good sized, light and pleasant rooms with open plan living, dining area with patio doors to the outside patio & pool area. The kitchen is fully fitted and attractive, with breakfast bar to dining area. Downstairs there is a twin bedroom which has patio doors leading to outside patio area and pool, the pool has roman septs for ease of access. – and also easy access to a shower room and WC. On the upper floor, are two further bedrooms, one twin and master double. These two bedrooms share a family bathroom with bath and shower overhead, as well as basin and WC. Both the bedrooms on the 1st floor have access to the huge balcony affording sea views with lounge furniture and dining . Table & Chairs to enjoy a Gin n Tonic at sunset. Sunbeds by the pool to soak up the sun during the day. and lounge furniture just to chill on. The villa is perfect as its location means no car hire is necessary but should you wish to explore the island we have a local excellent car hire company we use. for you .Cots/highchairs etc can be hired from Kidstravellite a local company. Solar powered hot water system with high pressure pump. Welcome pack included. Staying with us you are eligible to discounts at many tourist attractions and restaurants.

10 day stay at this property was fantastic. The villa met our expectations physically. The location was very convenient. Walking distance from excellent restaurants, groceries, and shops. 6 minute drive to the best beach in the area. If I ever find myself in Cyprus again I will definitely consider staying again.

Nice clean villa in 5 minutes walking distance to the bars and restaurants. Local supermarket has got everything you could want and will deliver your shopping if you don’t hire a car. We have stayed in the Paphos area many times but this was our first stay in Coral Bay and we loved it.

We have had a fantastic holiday from start to finish in this villa- location was perfect restaurants and bars friendly with fabulous food for all. The Villa was clean and tidy just a few tweaks needed to make it 5 star - updating furniture and replacing a few curtain rings chairs etc The management was fantastic from start to finish - pool maintained bedding and towels changed and quick to rectify any issues. The recommendations and discount codes were so helpful. The management and communication really made this holiday for us all . I will be looking at booking and staying again next year Thanks for having us x

The villa was very clean and had everything we wanted. Location was perfect. Walking distance to lots of restaurants/bars and supermarket yet quiet. Coral Bay beach is 5 minute drive or 15 minutes walk. Lisa and Felix were wonderful throughout booking process and also when we had a query during our stay. Will definitely stay again.

We stayed at this lovely villa for 2 weeks this month. Owners Lisa and Felix could not have been more attentive. All queries responded to very quickly. The welcome pack waiting for us when we arrived was such a surprise and most welcome. Airport transfers arranged for us. Would highly recommend and will definitely rebook. Ideal for access to the Main Street and all the amenities.

Good points; good location for the amenities of Coral Bay, pool cleaned twice a week, nice outdoor space, comfortable beds, decent sized pool. Big TV, spacious balconies. Not so good points: mouldy smell in the kitchen and downstairs bedroom, only enough cutlery for one meal, crockery and kitchenware a little tired and tatty, no shelves in the bathrooms, being next to road can be noisy.

We had a lovely stay at the Villa. the Villa and Pool were very clean and in a great location. Lisa And Felix were very helpful all though the process of out booking and holiday, we hired a car as we like to go of sight seeing but you dont need one as it is a 5 min stroll to the Coral bay strip. We come to Coral bay twice a year as it has everything we need to enjoy our holiday and we look forward to coming back to this villa with our family in September. I would recommend staying in any of Lisa and Felix Villas. Many thanks to you both and look forward to our return.

Everything was great about the Villa, the location was good, lovely set up inside and the pool was cleaned every few days. Great welcome pack of food was really appreciated, especially arriving in the evening, it meant that breakfast was sorted for the next morning! Lisa and Felix were very attentive and helpful, especially when the hot water failed and the pump needed to be fixed! Electrician was out within the hour and it was all sorted, better service than you’d receive in the UK. I’d recommend the property as a great base to explore western Cyprus. We used the pool, went to the beach and headed to Cap St George, Polis, into Paphos and up into the Troodos. Local restaurants were great - especially Corallo and Lekanto.

The property is well kept and managed with all the appliances and daily necessities you would need. It is close to the main strip in Coral Bay with beaches and restaurants nearby. The bus was easy to use with a stop nearby to get to and from Paphos but we also frequently used the taxi service recommended by the host. The pool is the best feature of this villa as it is well maintained and surrounded by tall bushes and fencing (from the street corner). Wifi was a little spotty upstairs but was otherwise strong enough for 5 people to use simultaneously. Communication with Lisa was superb and there were many suggestions and tips for things to do in the Welcome book provided. Having the AC was also a major plus as it was quick to get cool even during the hotter hours of the day. Overall it was a great stay!

4 mature ladies everything we needed. If we had to critise anything it's the sunloungers really could do with cushions and though obviously not owners doing but lounger space limited at pool. And the trees at next villa so high we lost 2 plus hours of sun every evening. Like I said not being petty just pointing out these issues that were our only gripe. We have just come back from a fortnight at the villa and would definitely book again. The villa is perfect for families, fantastic large pool, air conditioning in all bedrooms and main living area, 5 mins walk to all restaurants and bars and Wi-Fi which is needed with three children! When we arrived we had milk, ham, cheese, bread, tea, coffee which was perfect. Lisa had left us a folder full of useful information, we had a problem with one of the air conditioning units but one message and it was fixed straight away. We had our towels and linen changed after one week and pool was cleaned twice a week. Coral Bay is perfect location, not quiet but not overly busy with some really fantastic restaurants, our favourite was an Italian 5 mins walk away and with the villa having everything you need we really will return soon. Big thank you to Lisa who kept our booking for over two years due to Covid and allowed us to change the booking twice, also taxi arranged for us to and from the airport.

Great location, just a few minutes walk to the main strip with the bars and restaurants. Very quiet neighbourhood too so perfect. Can’t hear the noise of any bars. Villa has everything you need but unfortunately the pool stained our white swim wear. Pool guys gave a few different reasons as to why this may or may not have happened with different people saying different things but we’ve not had a problem before with pools or sun cream in Cyprus or other countries turning white swimwear yellow/ green. I would just advise not to have white swimwear with you. Apart from that the pool is a good size and has sun all day. Lisa forwarded our concerns straight away to the pool people who were maintaining the pool so communication was great from Lisa. Coral bay is just lovely and if you want to be within walking distance I would definitely recommend this villa.

Great location within walking distance of lots of restaurants & bars, both traditional & modern. The villa itself is lovely, however needs some TLC! The overall cleanliness was ok but could of been a lot better, the outside pool area was good but down the side of the villa near the gate (we felt needed a lock on too) was rather messy the bbq needs replacing. The pool was cleaned twice during our stay, however a cover is needed for overnight to keep tree debris & bugs out! No cleaning or change of bedding for a 10 night stay, we felt after 7 days this should of been included. The communication before we arrived & on the day we arrived was excellent, up until we reported a couple of problems on the day of arrival then we were ignored, therefore we had to put up with placing towels on the upstairs bathroom floor as the shower curtain isn’t suffice to keep the water in the bath & no air conditioning in the lounge. We also didn’t think there was enough crocks in the kitchen if we’d of wanted to cater properly, this didn’t bother us as we ate out mostly! Coral Bay beach is around 20 mins walk & has great facilities & the hire of 2 sun-beds & an umbrella is €7.50, great value. Overall we had a fabulous holiday but would not return due to the issues mentioned, which is a shame.

We travelled as a family of 6. From our very first enquiry, Lisa and Felix were great. They were on hand for any questions we may have. On our arrival there was a complimentary welcome pack of cheese, ham, butter, jam, bread, water and milk tea and coffee which was a lovely touch. The villa itself has everything you could possibly need, there is air con in every room. The kitchen is well equipped from a kettle and toaster, cooker and dishwasher right down to foil and cling film. We did have a small issue with the washing machine, but after a quick text to Lisa and Felix, there was someone round to fix it within a couple of hours (we didn't need to wait in either) The veranda outside both bedrooms is amazing, with views of the sea from various angles, there is a table and chairs for alfresco dining and Comfy chairs /sofa and table for relaxing. It has the sun all day into the evening, great for morning coffee, early evening relaxing before venturing out and even late night chats with a glass or two. The pool has the sun also for the entire day and is very private. It was like getting into a warm bath. Absolute bliss and believe me we made good use of it. The pool guy came a number of times to check water and clean around the pool. There are plenty of sunbeds and umbrellas around the pool also, and shaded area with table and chairs. The villa is in a perfect location, a 1 minute walk to your first friendly bar (but you cannot hear anthing from the villa) and then a couple more minutes upto the main strip. If you go to philipos supermarket (just up from the strip) they will fetch you back with your shopping free of charge (we just gave the driver a tip). There are frequent buses to Paphos so no need for a car and Coral bay beach is just 20 mins walk down the strip. whilst we were there, I messaged Lisa and Felix to see if they had any smaller villas (as myself and hubby want to return next year on our own, now the boys have grown up) yet again we had a reply in no time. We loved it here that much we've already booked for next year. Do not hesitate to book this villa it's great and if we come as a family again we would not think twice about bookng it. Just got back from a two week stay in the villa, this is our second time staying at this villa and it was fantastic. The villa is located down a side road off the start of the strip of Coral Bay so although nice and quiet its a 5 minute walk to shops, restaurants and bars, of which there are plenty of choice. We ate out most nights and especially enjoyed, the Italian Tratorria Lavigne, Sala Thai and traditional Cypriot restaurant Seriani. Food was amazing and such good value, drinks and eating out is cheap in Coral Bay. There's a couple of supermarkets within 5 minutes or if you go a bit further, 10 mins away is a bigger lovely supermarket with lovely fresh produce and they even drive you home with your shopping for free! The villa is perfect for families, we have 3 children who all loved it, the pool is a good size and so warm, bedrooms and living area all have air conditioning which was needed as was very hot! Weekly bed & towel change and pool cleaned too. Beach is about a 15 minute walk and is simply beautiful. We got a bus to Paphos harbour a couple of times, it was really easy and well worth a visit as lovely restaurants right by the Harbour. Lisa and Flexi booked us our taxi to and from the villa and were always on hand if we needed them, excellent hosts! There was a lovely welcome pack of bread, cheese, ham, water and milk etc when we arrived which was very thoughtful. Will definitely be returning again, excellent value for money and a great holiday guaranteed.
