"Wasn’t aware until after booking that there is no reception, everything is sent to you through WhatsApp which is fine but if you need to store your luggage you need to go down the street to the sister hotel. Normally this is no issue but the receptionist was rude and when we were told to come back before 6 pm to retrieve our luggage, the receptionist was already gone.
