"We never got a true confirmation or check in information for this property. When we called VRBO (very difficult from abroad) they said this was a false listing (my daughter had to do this in the states as it was too difficult form afar). We eventually was reimbursed but we had to scramble to find a new place late a night on our own."

"We LOVED every moment of our stay! It was like a living dream! From the beauty of the villa, property and lagoon! To the amazing chef and his team! To the house owner and manager.....we felt very well taken care of! Our guests for our retreat were over-the-moon happy! We will definitely be back! "Property listed as 3 bedrooms house but only has two, we had to share bedrooms which did not give the privacy we were looking for, we contacted manager but he claimed not be responsible for the listing and that he would contact the responsible party. A day later he said he wasn’t able to obtain an answer and unable give any sort of credit nor other compensation. We left the property a day earlier than planned at a hotel disappointed to say the least."

"The property is exactly like the pictures beautiful we enjoyed our stay at the house so much that we spent very little time at the lagoon, it is a quick walk to where you pay a few pesos to get in use their facilities to access the lagoon right in Beunevista sorry can not comment on that as we went to Bacalar."
