"I liked having app access for the doors. Everything was nice and clean, the room I had was quite spacious. I loved the bathroom, it was quite clean and the shower was heaven. I loved that it was central to a lot of places and activities."

"Excellent location if you are going to the conference venue next door. If you are planning on going to the historic centre it is a little way away with the tram and metro a 5-10 minute walk away. Room (which I think was the most basic one available) was spacious, clean and with a decent bathroom. It would have been nice to have tea/coffee facilities, or at least a kettle, and a universal power socket."

"First of all, I really liked the location. The cute interior and friendly staff made it a pleasant place to stay overall. However, I felt that the design sometimes took priority over the comfort and convenience of the guests. 1. It would be helpful to have more hooks inside the shower area, so guests can hang their clothes or personal belongings while showering. 2. The lid on the metal trash bin is too stiff because of the strong hinge, which makes it difficult to throw things away. 3. When changing the mattress sheets, it would be great if the area underneath the mattress could also be vacuumed. There was quite a lot of dust underneath. 4. The luggage storage area was quite messy, with things left scattered around. It would be nice if this area could be kept cleaner and more organized. Overall, I enjoyed my stay, but I think these small improvements would make the experience much more comfortable for guests."
