"It was great once I actually got the apartment I had booked. They tried to fob me off with a much smaller room with no kitchen or washing machine. I decided to complain so actually got the apartment about 2pm the next day. There was a lot of apologies & a plate of delicious treats to compensate but to be honest I was really gutted to waste a whole day. In the end I booked another night just so I got the break I had needed.
So the lesson is make sure you get what you pay for and don’t let them...
"The hotel owners were lovely and all our requests were met. But only the housekeeping in our room let things down.... In 6 nights the cleaners did not visit our room even to empty the bin or change the bedding.... "

"Met the owner & she was lovely & very helpful. Old style apartment type room with a view of the bay. Lovely sunrise drinking coffee on the balcony & very nice pool. Close enough to crowded Bodrum to drive over when we wanted. Took the ferry to Kos, Greece from Bodrum. Hotel restaurant was very good which was great because there are very few restaurants within walking distance. Parking a bit of a challenge. Highly recommend staying there."

"A really special stay in the heart of Bodrum old town but feels very private and quiet. No parking at the property but they have a special deal with Ali Baba car park and you can park there and it’s an easy two min walk to the hotel. Really great staff and Tintin the dog is a real highlight. "
"This hotel was beyond filthy. The second I walked into the room, the stench hit me. The bathroom was revolting – mold all over the tiles, a disgusting shower, and a toilet that looked like it hadn’t been cleaned in months. It was so nasty I didn’t even want to touch anything.
For the money I spent, I expected at least a clean room, but instead I got this dump. I felt dirtier after staying here than before I checked in. They “changed” our room the next day, but guess what? It was just as filthy. Nothing improved.
On top of that, the staff was rude, dismissive, and completely unprofessional. Zero customer service, zero care for guests.
This was hands down the worst hotel experience I’ve ever had. Stay far, far away from this place. Total waste of money and a disgusting nightmare.
