"We stayed here for one night and wish we could have stayed longer. We didn’t have time to use the spa but we did go to the outdoor pool for a bit. The pool was amazing and the outdoor bar was a nice touch. The breakfast was very good and the room overlooked the race track so you can watch the horses warm up in the morning. It was an overall excellent hotel for the price. "

"Christa was a fantastic hostess, and a wealth of knowledge about Sicily. Highly recommend staying here. It's close and easy to get to Syracuse, but away from the crowds. A very relaxing, lovely experience. Great for families or couples."

"We had a lovely stay at Riccardo’s place. The house was really clean and had everything we needed. The outside seating area was great and the nearby beach was really lovely. You do need a car if staying here as the nearest shops are a short drive away. We had great visits to Siracusa and Etna and we all also enjoyed visiting the Etnaland theme park and water park. Would recommend this accommodation for visiting this area. "

"Our third stay at the Masseria in Val di Noto. Every time we visit we discover a different side to the area. The hotel is the perfect tranquil base. Pared back elegance, lovely staff who recognise us. Pool area is in our opinion perfect. Looking forward to the next time."

"Fantastic!! We had such a wonderful time the two nights we stayed at Hotel Scala and wish we stayed longer! We arrived our first night very late and were ravenous from our travels that day, the staff offered us dinner right after we got settled in at the restaurant on the property. We got wine and the spaghetti vongole, which was delicious. The air conditioner kept the room nice and cold which was lovely to come back to at the end of the day. The two men who ran the place were extremely helpful in giving directions to the Main town Ortigia as well as helping us with anything we needed! Lovely place & lovely people! The only thing we wish was different was the location being closer to the main town, other than that it was great! "

"This was the literally the best Villa location I have ever stayed in and I’ve done a few over the years! Amazing spec Villa incredible panoramic views and pool ! Incredible owners with daily eggs veg and fruit deliveries ! So friendly Just stunning setting ! Can see etna and Syracuse bay from Villa x surrounded by olive trees lemon trees so peaceful ! Definitely plus 5 star ! Will be coming again xx"
