"We initially booked a triple room, but upon arrival, we were not given the room we reserved. The receptionist was unhelpful, unfriendly, and made no effort to resolve the situation. Instead of offering a solution, she demanded an extra fee of 500 CZK per night for an additional bed. When we asked to speak with the manager, she refused to let us do so. "It is a dream hotel especially if you travel with a cat pet who loves exploring nooks and new spots for jumping, climbing and staring out at a whimsical European street. It’s ideally located: downtown that is close to nature too, fancy that. It’s nicely designed, very cozy and comfy. It even has a roof to walk on, safely. It has a guest club with everything you need. Some rooms have patios. It’s like a little castle, even if the weather isn’t great, you won’t get bored. Everything is done with love and thoughtfulness. The only thing you might want is your own pillow. The building is old and kinda smells old. That is the only reason I gave it 4 out of 5. "

"The hotel was exceptionally clean and pleasant, with a courteous and helpful staff and a wonderful spa. While spa services were not included in the price, this was not a significant issue due to the relatively low number of guests. The restaurant food was satisfactory, though not outstanding."
