Christian was really helpful and quick to respond to any questions, including introduction to chef Alain. Rafting near Foix recommended and a trip to Mirepoix market and the Carcassonne light show. "The rooms were small and clean, the shower room was excellent. The food was very good. Obviously we had cassoulet and it was as good as anywhere. Staff were very helpful."

"They charged me £35, but when I arrived at the hotel, it was completely closed. The gates were shut, all the doors were locked, and there was no sign of life — no staff, no guests, nothing. I tried to contact the hotel directly but received no helpful response. I then reached out to Expedia customer service, but they refused to issue a refund. It was clearly a scam — no one was there, and it appears they’re just taking money from people. This is unacceptable and very poor service. I strongly advise others not to trust them."
