"The house is beautiful amd located in a very nice and quiet area. The backyard is beautiful ans kept in great condition, loved the landscape. The living area and kitchen were equipped nicely and a game room with big TV and several games including an old Pac-Man! The listing indicates 3 bathrooms, and it only had 2.5. "Construction and heavy machinery on-ongoing on a small property. Workers flighting and yelling throughout the day. Windows do not shut fully, due to age/wood warping, layers of paint. Peeling paint and rotting wood around the window in the shower. Severe ant problem - by the 3rd day ants were everywhere in the kitchen, all over our stored food. The wood floors were rough and splinter easily, as well as the damaged wood deck. My son had a splinter when he forgot to wear flip flops one evening....
