"This resort consists of two very old hotels that were joined by a beautiful lobby, gym and pool deck. Those areas are first class. The staff was also fantastic for the most part. The rooms, however, are the worst I have ever stayed in! The musty smell hits you on every floor when you step off the elevator. The hallways have visible mold and mildew on the walls. "Is non refundable. Was able to get refunded for the flight to and from. Got on the first flight and my wife had a panic attack on the plane so we weren’t able to get on the next flight and had to drive 1700 miles back home. Delta gave us a full refund thankfully but the twin fin gave nothing. Not even a call asking about the reservation. Very disappointed in the whole situation. Definitely will not book again through the twin fin"

"Room had used ear swab on the bed during check in, booked a room for four and was left two towels, requested room cleaning while we were out on day 4 of the stay and were told we had not been scheduled for it which left us with dirty towels and a mountain of trash that was not picked up day 6 of the stay I requested more towels at the front desk and the front desk manager as her name tag said come off with very rude tone because all of the guest were not listed which was her employees mistake...

"We stayed in the Parkview walk up building, as we have before. I always reserve the Parkview King Suite to suit the 3 of us. Room was clean and comfortable with daily excellent maid service. The restaurant has only pre made reservations, so we made one prior to our trip but could only get in late one night past our 6y old bedtime, so no restaurant for us. It was rainy our whole 9 day stay, so restaurant not open most of our days anyway. Breakfast was at least day old reheat food at menu price....
