"I arrived for check in and decided not to stay. I was not comfortable with the location, lack of suitable parking and several other issues I noticed. I did not go into the rental. I preferred to forfeit the entire cost of my 3-night reservation and booked a hotel in another area. Communication with the host was good, but per the payment policy no refund was considered, not even partial nor consideration to credit the cleaning cost since I did not check in. "

"The unit & space were great. The neighborhood is not great but there is a Dunkin and liquor store within a few blocks. Garage parking in the building is nice. We had events in Somerset which is only 8-9 minutes away. If you're sensitive to light, bring a sleep mask. Bedrooms have large windows that allow a lot of light all night. Overall, I'd stay here again."
