"Once we were checked in, our stay was great. At check-in, our registration person was unengaged and presented inaccurate information. He offered us and upgrade stating that it was less than what we had originally paid for our room. After making the upgrade, he tried to charge us an additional cost. He then stated that it was above what we originally paid so we refused the upgrade. The entire process took us over 20 minutes."

"We loved the location. It was wonderful to sit outside and see the mountains. I would suggest that they keep the propane tanks filled for the two fire pits located on the patio area though. That would of made for a great place to sit and just look at the mountains and watch the sunset."
