"The pool and the DJ was the highlight for sure!!"

"We booked a one bedroom lake view suite. The view was great! The kitchen and bathrooms were decent but the carpet and furniture was very old. The room needs a renovation. Our king bed was very comfortable but the pull out couch for our teenagers was terrible! It felt like you were laying on cardboard and springs. They could not sleep. We complained and the manager when he came back from his days off upgraded us for our remaining nights to a newly renovated 2 bedroom beach front townhouse. It was amazing! As well we were compensated by removing our resort fee and parking. We were very happy with the customer service! "

She has a knack at putting her guests at ease, and is very warm and friendly. We also enjoyed meeting the other guests and the gourmet breakfasts, especially the Dutch Babies. We can hardly wait to return for another visit. "
