"Allagash Splash was a perfect property for a southern family staying in RI for a wedding in Newport. Also have family in Bonnet. Best part of the house is the yard - fire pit and cornhole were utilized a lot! Location was perfect. Highly recommend!"

"Had the best time at Jane’s property. It is in the perfect location — a quick walk to the Cliff Walk. From the rooftop to the movie theater, it is a great house for a weekend getaway. The house is very “smart” — if you’re looking to play Spotify, connect to Apple TV, we found that much easier. Also, bring your own towels if you’re a large group! The house sleeps 13 comfortably, we had 16 guests and had to use the air mattresses and movie theater loungers as additional bedding. Overall,...

"The sunset when we arrived at the house was breathtaking. The photos don’t do the house justice, great layout and all the picture windows make for amazing views all day long. Chris was very responsive to us. The beds are very comfortable which is really important to me! Great stay. Would 100% stay here again."

"The home is lovely and in a great location. We come to Newport every year with our dogs and genuinely enjoyed our stay. When we arrived we alter the property manager the dryer was broken. They promised to fix asap but the dryer was never fixed during our stay. This is one of the key perks for a rental home vs a hotel for us. This deducting 1 star."

"Great home - beds are super comfortable. House was clean and comfortable. Kitchen and bathrooms fully stocked. The only issue were 1) location - not close to beach and parking was impossible 2) construction on property took away the advertised screened in porch which could have been a children’s bedroom 3) carpeted kitchen???
