Wohnung liegt super zentral zum Strand, Einkaufsmöglichkeiten vom Markt 2x/Woche bis Intermarche, Aldi und Lidl in direkter Nähe. Zu Fuß erreichbar ist freies Gelände zum Laufen mit dem Hund. "Had a great week as a family of 5 with 3 teens/ preteens, boys love the pool and workout areas, the proximity to really cool windsurfing and the sea. The house had enough rooms to give everyone some privacy, cooking outside on the terrace was fun and kept the smells out of the house. There is to be a completely new kitchen next year, but it was well equipped and there was a good amount of storage space. The proprietor was helpful and friendly, responding quickly to queries. "Perfect house for up to 5 people, very close to the beach, every 2nd market for great regional food and tourist stuff. Butcher, bakery, supermarket reachable by foot within max. 5 minutes walking. We enjoyed our stay very much."

"Walking distance from all the main shops (bakery, etc) and restaurants in Leucate Village. Less then 10 min by car to either La Franqui / Coussoles, Leucate Plage, or Port Leucate. Small bathroom, functional kitchen, and ample outside space (even a BBQ) to relax in the garden, terrace, or patio. Spotless on arrival and very kind reception by the local host Pierre. Our dog felt at home too. "

"The property is e exactly as described. It is a beautiful home, well appointed and very comfortable. The patio is great , parking is easy. My only complaint was the steep staircase - but that is a personal problem as I have knee problems. The area around the town offers many great day trips with the patio a refuge when you return - a great place to sample the local wines and delicacies."

"One of our favourites. Modern, well equipped and immaculately clean. We arrived on a cold day in March and we were greeted by a warm log fire which was very welcome. The view is spectacular and it is the perfect base from which to explore the area. "
