The property boasts a large, enclosed garden of 1800 sqm, featuring a 42 sqm infinity pool located on a slight elevation, with stunning panoramic views. The pool is divided into two sections: a standard depth area and a 40 cm shallow section designed for children's safe enjoyment. Additional amenities include an outdoor kitchen with a fireplace, a play area for children, 12 loungers, 3 umbrellas, and parking for 3 vehicles. Supermarket, an traditional Istrian tavern, and bars are only a few minutes drive away

The villa is divided into two separate units. The main unit, covering 225 sqm, accommodates up to 8 people. It includes a fully-equipped kitchen, a living area, a dining space, and two bathrooms on the ground floor. The upper floor features three bedrooms with double beds, one bedroom with twin beds, two additional bathrooms, and access to two terraces.

The second unit, with its 126 sqm, accommodates 4 guests and offers a kitchen, dining area, and a bathroom on the ground floor, along with two double bedrooms, a hallway bathroom, and a terrace on the upper level.

Guests also have access to a Finnish sauna located between the two units.
