This holiday home in classic architecture is located in the small village of Troti, above the old town of Pazin. It is situated on a slight slope and has two floors with one apartment on each floor. Due to its hillside location, the house blends beautifully into the terrain. As it was built according to the slope of the plot, from one side it gives the impression of being completely ground floor, while from the other side it looks like a multi-storey house. On the ground floor there is a comfortable apartment with kitchen, bathroom and two bedrooms, while on the upper floor there is a kitchen-living room with dining area, two bathrooms, three bedrooms and a covered terrace. Enjoy swimming in the pool and sunbathing on the lovingly landscaped grounds, where you also have a barbecue at your disposal.

In the immediate vicinity is the official geographical centre of Istria, which is marked by a small stone pyramid. You can visit the surrounding meadows and forests on foot or by bike. Horse lovers can take their first riding steps at the nearby riding club and the more experienced riders can organise a trip to central Istria. For adrenaline lovers, we recommend an adventure in the Pazin Cave with a zip line. From the cultural sights, you can visit Pazin Castle, where you can see the exhibitions of the Ethnographic Museum of Istria and the Museum of the Town of Pazin.
