"What an amazing property. So well equipped, clean, and spacious. Ernest was the perfect host with great communication and a very thoughtful welcome hamper on our arrival. We visited with my daughter and her family, including two children (6 and 1). It was safe with lots of space for them to explore - although they rarely left the beautiful pool! We only stayed three nights as this was a stopover on our way to the south of France, but we all wish we’d have stayed longer. Would absolutely recommend - we will definitely go back, and look forward to seeing the outside kitchen and bar when they are added!"

"We had a fabulous stay! Kids had a marvellous time! House was spacious, games room was amazing- keeping kids busy and outside was really fun! We all enjoyed the pool, the little ones loved the little bikes and play house too, table tennis was great! There was just so much to do, we only went out for a short time each day just to see the area a bit - (there is a hands on goat-milking in Nantieul which kids enjoyed, and a lovely craft market in Vertieul) but we mostly made the most of the house and garden. Thomas was so kind and accomodating -helping us out with everything we needed. Thank you so much!"

"Very happy with our stay (family of 5 adults). Lots of room in the house. We stayed during the heatwave but the house remained cool (although the rooms upstairs/under the roof were a bit hot but a lot less than expected). We rent a house every year but these were the best beds we have ever slept in - and showers were very good too. Overall the house is in a very quiet location but in a little hamlet with a couple of neighbours so it doesn't feel completely secluded. There were a couple of minor issues but quickly sorted by the responsive landlord."

"We liked the property and had a great nights sleep in The Star Wars room (No 17) great IF you are a fan! Very clean and comfortable with lovely bathroom. It was a very hot night but there was a good fan in the bedroom.Unfortunately unknown to us it was a Saturday and a Saints day ( frequent in France) so bar and bistro were closed ( as was everything else in the village)and we had to check ourselves in. Thanks to google we drove out and found a nice little place to eat and drink. Breakfast was a lovely continental one and we met our host who was extremely pleasant. Good value and great for an overnight stay."
