Parignac is a nice, large holiday home for 8 people, very conveniently located just 5 minutes drive from the beautiful town of Gourdon. The house has a huge heated swimming pool, a large and fully enclosed garden (ideal for your dogs), total privacy, a playground, various terraces, WIFI and satellite TV.

Inside
Large open living room with sitting area, pull-out dining table for 8 people and patio doors to the terrace. Open kitchen with all necessities including kitchen towels and dishcloths (see also features house).

All bedrooms with lockable wooden shutters are located on the ground floor
Bedroom 1 with double bed (160x200), wardrobe, satellite TV and small seating area.
Bedroom 2 with double bed (160x200), wardrobe and satellite TV.
Bedroom 3 with double bed (160x200), wardrobe, chest of drawers and satellite TV, private bathroom with toilet, shower and sink.
Bedroom 4 with double bed (160x200), wardrobe and satellite TV.
Separate spacious family bathroom with bath, double sink and spacious shower.
Finally there is a separate room with separate exit to the terrace and garden at the rear with washing machine, drying cabinet and additional refrigerator

Large fully enclosed garden (4000m2) with lawn area, playground, and views over the landscaped grounds. Large heated swimming pool (12 x 5) with reduced section and safety cover.
Environment
Parignac is a 5-minute drive from the city of Gourdon where you have all the amenities: shops, cafes, restaurants, supermarkets and not to mention: the big Saturday market.
Other towns worth a visit: Sarlat, Domme, Beynac and Rocque-Gageac, less than half an hour's drive from your accommodation.
