"Excellent for people who like tranquility, very clean and good attention from the staff "

"Overall, this hotel met our basic needs, however I found amenities to be misrepresented. There is a daily resort fee for services such as the pool, fitness center, shuttle, and beach gear however the shuttle was rarely available to bring us where we needed so we were unable to use this. The beach gear was first come, first served and was poor quality. We had daily issues with our room keys not working and plumbing issues in our room. The hotel was overall clean and served its purpose, but the amenities were the man draw for us to stay here so I was slightly disappointed. "

"Arrived later and doors were locked. No one answered door bell and was forced to call for someone to assist us. Large roach had been squashed in bathroom in our room but not disposed of. Blood was on floor. We had to clean it up and flush bug. Room was musty smelling. "

"Best part of hotel was Sarah the main floor bartender. Incredibly helpful and kind. Even made sure to get my son’s lost sunglasses back to us. Also an amazing resource for local restaurants. "

"We loved the location! The neighborhood is charming and walkable to downtown Sarasota. We loved the secluded garden that was so inviting. Unfortunately, weather didn’t permit us to take advantage of it. We hope to return! "
