"My husband and I stayed at Rock Point Inn for 2 nights just last week and we had a wonderful stay. We stayed in room #6 "The Cobb", it was super cozy and clean and a lovely view of the high street and a little of the sea. The whole staff was friendly and chatty and very professional, and the hotel couldn't be more perfectly located. The breakfasts in the morning were amazing! As soon as we walked in to the breakfast area we were offered lattes and a place to sit by the big windows overlooking...

"I stayed here for one night while away on business and it was perfect. Room has everything I could have wished for, it was clean and nicely decorated. The pub is lovely and food delicious! Easy parking, friendly staff and nice locals! "

"The rooms are upstairs of a local pub, not modernised interior but simple and clean enough. You can hear some activities going on downstairs but didn't bother me. It stop at certain time, I had good sleep at night. "

"The photos gave the impression of superior rooms but the room was tired, needed a new carpet and decorating. Sash windows, road just outside and over a busy bar. Why 4 then? I'm a bit soft. Staff were great, diets catered for and nothing too much trouble. Breakfast excellent. "

"Room only. It’s a pub with rooms. But here’s the kicker…. The rooms are large, clean and well appointed. The pub is friendly and bustling and the food is truly excellent. 20/30 mins outside Exeter. Staff were so welcoming and very helpful. Will be coming back. (Probably with the dogs as they l love dogs here and have their very own doggie food menu (treats! V cute!). Lots of room info for lovely walks for dogs (and their hoomans!) "

"Delightful inn with lovely views across the river and surrounding countryside. Staff are friendly, welcoming and helpful. The room, although compact, had everything we needed with ample storage for a few days clothing, a comfortable bed and tea & coffee facilities. The ensuite had a good, but not spacious, shower, however, the window was clear glass without a blind and it did feel like you were a little exposed when using the bathroom.
