"The pictures were n the sight are deceiving,the property was damp and dirty and we could not stay in it,apparently it was cleaned two weeks prior to our stay,cleaning should have been done the day before,the owner was very uncooperative,and has not issued a refund ,indeed he has ignored my request"

"The hut was clean and well equipped for self catering. The bed was exceptionally comfortable. I stayed with my two dogs and we walked The Byes down to Sidmouth and also visited Branscombe while I was there. The track down to the farm is down a steep gravel track but once there, it is in a lovely location with a distant view of the sea, and calm and peaceful."

"This was a superb property for a group on seven 50 somethings to use as our base for a weekend away. The property is gorgeous and very well appointed with all of the facilities you could need. "We were welcomed by the owner, she is extremely lovely and kind. She took time to show us round, explaining how to use the log burner and hot tub. We had an issue while there with the Wi-Fi not working and she responded to us straight away and sorted it for us very quickly. The lodge itself is beautiful and spacious. The hot tub is amazing, and the view across the lake is even more amazing. It is within driving distance of lots of places, and a supermarket to buy groceries. Overall an amazing...
