"The Kayon Jungle Resort is nothing short of exceptional. We were blown away from the moment we arrived. The resort itself is stunning (even better than the photos) with one of the most impressive pool setups we’ve ever seen — seamlessly blending into the jungle. The atmosphere throughout was quiet, tranquil, and incredibly relaxing. Our room was huge and absolutely gorgeous. All staff were outstandingly friendly and attentive, making us feel genuinely welcomed. A special mention to Putu Ari, who went above and beyond to make our stay memorable and Deni (our lovely driver) To celebrate the team surprised us with a beautiful flower bath and cake which was such a romantic and thoughtful touch. I received a birthday blessing whilst having a floating breakfast...AMAZING!! All meals and drinks were so delicious, and the evening entertainment was fantastic. The acoustic guitarist was incredible— he somehow knew every song we requested — and the traditional dancers were captivating and authentic. We also loved the yoga sessions in the breathtaking pavilion overlooking the jungle — a truly serene experience. The Spa was incredible and one of the best we’ve experienced, leaving us completely relaxed and refreshed. We loved egg painting with Ranazurana too. Kayon Jungle Resort exceeded our expectations in every way. We are absolutely going back — and next time, for much longer. Renee & Steve "

"Forty years of staying in hotels regularly - and this is the first hotel that I would return to without any doubt or hesitation. It's not top of the range, nor the bottom - but it has been the best. Came for two weeks and stayed for a month! Staff at the hotel are a big part of the rave review. In every interaction with them, from front desk. bar, housekeeping and restaurant the staff provided the magic. Management should be proud! It's not a fancy resort with amazing pool surrounded by palm trees. It is super clean, very convenient and well located near to some great places to eat and shop. Highly recommended. "Staff were so attentive and helpful with any and all questions or queries we had. The staff went out of their way to ensure we were happy and comfortable at all times. They were especially wonderful with our 3 yr old and most of the staff knew his name at the end of the first day! The hotel was beautifully maintained and our room was incredible. Everything was so so great. We cannot recommend andaz enough!!"
