"We had a wonderful vacation with our grandchildren and family. The children lived in the water if not kayaking or water boards they were fishing!! Rainy days puzzles were our entertainment the summer house provided everything one wanted or needed. It was a very delightful vacation"

"The house was big enough for 2 families. It was very clean and comfortable. The property is beautiful and Cold Springs was the perfect spot for everything we wanted to do while in NY. The caretakers were very responsive and accommodating. We would definitely stay here again. "
