Strandhaus, Pet Friendly, Short Walk to Beach

STRANDHAUS - PET FRIENDLY - Great family beach house only 2-1/2 rows from the beach. The front screened porch is furnished with rocking chairs where you can rock away to the tune of the ocean waves, and gather with family and friends. This house has 6 bedroom - 4 on the main floor, and 2 on the ground level with outside access only. It has a well equipped kitchen and a large dining table that seats 10 comfortably plus more chairs for additional seating. There is a picnic table on the sundeck and another outdoor dining table in the carport area. The master bedroom is spacious and has access to the sundeck on the back of the home. Bedroom 4 has a bunk bed with a single over queen, and a crib.

Other Amenities Include: Screened Porch, Covered Staircase to the Main Floor, Multiple Cable TVs, DVD, and Wireless Internet, Enclosed Outside Showers, Gas Grill. Note that the 2 lower level bedrooms are accessible from the outside only.

Pet Friendly with applicable fees. No Smoking

CANCELLATION & TRANSFER requests must be in writing. Payments cannot be transferred and Guest may not assign or sublease. All refunds that are not covered by insurance are subject to the property and dates being re-rented. If re-rented for less money, the shortage will be deducted from your total. The balance (less insurance premium, reservation fee, and 10% of Rent) will be refunded.
